Partnership to Increase African American Homeownership rates in the City of Oakland and Greater East Bay Region
Associated Real Property Brokers, Inc., (ARPB) announces a comprehensive program designed to raise awareness and dispel the myths of purchasing a home in the City of Oakland and the Greater East Bay Region. The TownCONNECT Homeownership Initiative program is a partnership consisting of the Associated Real Property Brokers, Inc., (ARPB), City of Oakland, Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco, Richmond Neighborhood Housing Services (RHNS), Hello Housing, and Union Bank.
